For independent primary care, urgent care and DPC
Every line of the note shows where it came from.
Sotto listens to the visit and drafts the note, codes and forms before the patient leaves. Each sentence links to the moment it was said. Signature boxes stay blank, and it puts everything in your chart as drafts, then stops before sign.
The public trial is for role-play and made-up patients; there’s no BAA yet. Who handles trial data

Before the patient leaves
The paperwork is done, and you can check every part of it.
1The note
A note you can defend
Each sentence carries the turn it came from. Click it and the transcript opens at that moment. Anything the self-check could only partly back is marked, and a word it may have misheard is a pick, never a silent fix.
2Codes & forms
Forms filled, signatures blank
The work note, the FMLA provider section and the patient instructions are drafted from what was said. Each field says where its value came from, what's left for you, and what's left blank on purpose.
3Send to chart
Into your chart as drafts
Problems, orders, medicine changes and the note go in unsigned, after it checks the patient's name and date of birth on the chart. It lists what went where, and it never signs, sends or e-prescribes.
In the room, if you want it
Quiet questions to ask, and things to consider.
While you talk, Sotto can suggest what’s still worth asking and show considerations, each with the words that prompted it and its public source. Keep it open beside the conversation, or folded until you ask for it.
- Nothing flashes, beeps or is styled as urgent.
- Nothing goes into the note unless you put it there.
- For the treating clinician. Not a diagnosis or an instruction. Not for emergencies.
Who can hear your patients?
With most AI scribes, the vendor can. With Sotto and a BAA, your practice gets its own confidential enclave: the AI model runs in sealed hardware you can verify, and speech is handled by a named provider bound by our BAA. Or run it all on your own server.
The public trial is different, and we say exactly how: it runs on our server with named providers, and none of them is bound by a BAA yet. See who handles trial data.

| Sotto public trial | Us and our named providers. Role-play only |
Using it with real patients
Ready when your patients are.
The open trial is for role-play and made-up visits: Sotto doesn’t have a BAA in place for it, so it isn’t for real patient information.
